Several years ago, 12 Oaks Senior Living took over management of The Grove at Midtown. In June of 2024, 12 Oaks will be exiting this community, leaving it with 100% occupancy, made possible with the help of Jennifer Braun, Executive Director. Jennifer who took some time to share her experience working with 12 Oaks while at The Grove at Midtown.
At 12 Oaks, we prioritize a people-first mentality. Jennifer recalls her early days with 12 Oaks by reminiscing, “The moment I started, I was welcomed by all with open arms and made to feel like family. I was shown servanthood, competency, stewardship, and character by all home office support staff.” Braun recognized that 12 Oaks is unique by pointing out that it can be rare to find companies “that actually live out their core values.” These same core values were adopted and applied by Braun in her role as Executive Director, which has contributed to the many successes accomplished during her tenure.
Braun was so impressed with her training with 12 Oaks; she has even asked to continue her training privately. While recognizing that property transactions are a part of our industry, Braun is sad to move on from the 12 Oaks umbrella and grateful for time spent as a 12 Oaks team member. “I really just want to show my gratitude to each and every one of you that encouraged, supported, welcomed, and made me feel loved and comfortable during my tenure with 12 Oaks and wanted you all to know 12 Oaks leads the right way, and for that, I have been blessed to be a part of this amazing team and organization. Thank you for the amazing opportunity!”
We are thankful for the opportunity to work with excellent people like Jennifer Braun who adopt our core values and apply them to their individual roles. Braun’s dedication to the 12 Oaks core values made a tangible impact on The Grove at Midtown and its residents. We wish her the best as she continues the tradition of excellence that she adopted at 12 Oaks.
