Having grown up in senior living, Erika knew from a young age it required 12 Oaks’ core values to be successful and create a community where seniors could thrive. Erika’s bilingual aptitude and her role as a mother have only added to her long list of invaluable contributions she has made to 12 Oaks during her tenure.
