12 Oaks partnered with Silver Wave Capital and Capsight Investments to acquire the community.
Royal Estates of Wichita Falls has long offered independent living and home health services in a setting designed to support comfort, hospitality, and community engagement. Under the new management agreement, 12 Oaks Senior Living will deploy its proven operational framework, best-practice service protocols, and resident-first culture to support a full revitalization of the property’s services and community life.
