The community is being sold to a new ownership partner while 12 Oaks will continue to provide full on-site management and programming. This structure enables Reunion Court of Clear Lake to benefit from 12 Oaks’ proven management infrastructure, best-practice operational systems, and resident-first culture, while preserving the local team that residents and families know and trust.
