12 Oaks Senior Living, a senior living management company based in Dallas, Texas, has promoted Eilleen Aldridge to Vice President, 12 Oaks Solutions Consulting. In this role, Eilleen will be responsible for managing a team of consultants and setting the strategic direction for this division.
Eilleen has more than 20 years of management, operations and team-building experience in her various roles during her career at 12 Oaks. As a consultant for 12 Oaks Solutions, she used her experience and expertise to support property management operations in the areas of sales, marketing, leasing, CRM training and sales support, and worked with communities and third-party experts in producing marketing materials that included print and social media. She specializes in our trademarked Symphony of Life® Memory Care programming, Sherpa CRM utilization, prospect-centered sales training, and property rations.

Eilleen Aldridge joined 12 Oaks in 1999 in the role of activities assistant at Caruth Haven Court, quickly moving up and successfully taking on leadership roles at various 12 Oaks-managed communities. She has remained a valued 12 Oaks employee for 22 years. Most notably, she has served as a marketing director and an executive director for assisted living and memory care communities before joining the Solutions team, where she has had the opportunity to transition several communities and help build and strengthen teams. She has demonstrated success with increasing census to capacity, ensuring profitability and reputation management. Eilleen is a certified assisted living manager and has a certification from The University of Texas at Arlington in gerontology.
