DENVER, Colorado — August 1, 2026 — 12 Oaks Senior Living announces the expansion of their portfolio with the acquisition of Springbrooke Senior Living, a beautiful 145-unit independent living, assisted living, and memory care community centrally located in Denver, Colorado. Springbrooke represents 12 Oaks’ first presence in the Colorado market and is another key step in the company’s strategic regional growth.
