12 Oaks Senior Living announces the addition of a new community in St. George, Utah, to its growing management portfolio. The 169-unit assisted living and memory care community, formerly known as The Meadows at Escalante, represents 12 Oaks’ first presence in the Utah market and is a key step in the company’s strategic regional growth.
The community includes 121 assisted living units and 48 memory care units. With this transition, 12 Oaks has been entrusted to elevate the overall resident experience, enhance operational performance, and restore the property’s reputation as a trusted care provider in the region.
