12 Oaks Senior Living is pleased to announce the appointment of Elliott Westerman as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective immediately. With more than two decades of leadership experience across senior living, healthcare, and real estate sectors, Westerman brings a strong track record of operational excellence, financial strategy, and results-oriented leadership to the organization.
As CFO, Westerman will oversee all aspects of financial management, including financial planning and analysis, capital structure strategy, performance optimization, and technology integration. His appointment comes at a pivotal time for 12 Oaks, as the company continues to grow its regional footprint and scale its operational capabilities.

Westerman has previously held CFO roles at leading senior living organizations including Highgate Senior Living, The Hearthstone, and Stafford Health Services. Most recently, he served as CFO and Principal at OneLife Senior Living, where he led financial operations, M&A analysis, system upgrades, and multi-year forecasting initiatives. Throughout his career, Westerman has built a reputation for collaborative leadership, operational discipline, and delivering data-driven insights that drive performance and value creation.

Westerman holds an MBA in Finance and Economics from Seattle University and a Bachelor of Science in Economic Geography and Geographic Information Science from The Pennsylvania State University. He is also a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
