12 Oaks Senior Living Adds Learning and Development Director to Leadership Team

12 Oaks Senior Living, a best-in-class, regional senior living management company, is pleased to announce the addition of Steve Nguyen as Learning and Development Director. With an illustrious career spanning over 15 years as an Organizational Development Leader, Nguyen brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our organization.

Nguyen is a seasoned leader and brings a passion for leadership development to expand on 12 Oaks’ learning and development capabilities to enable individuals and teams to acquire knowledge and skills to empower them to perform and grow in their current or aspirational role at 12 Oaks. His ability to partner with senior leaders to assess needs, identify gaps, and develop tailored solutions for growth and development aligns perfectly with 12 Oaks’ commitment to excellence in employee development.

In his previous role as Learning and Development Manager at Lennox International, Nguyen served as a subject matter expert, leveraging data and industry-leading practices to influence learning and development strategy. His role in designing and coordinating both internal and external learning solutions focused on building leadership skills exemplifies his dedication to fostering growth within organizations.

Throughout his career, Nguyen has also demonstrated a passion for education, holding a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Counseling Psychology, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Philosophy. He also holds certifications in various workplace personality assessments, performance consulting, and change management methodologies. Nguyen is an Adjunct Professor and currently teaches an Executive Leadership class at Southern Methodist University to MBA students.
