This thriving community has been managed by 12 Oaks since 2018 and becomes the organization’s first owned property in many years, in its managed portfolio. This transaction between Longview and 12 Oaks closed on December 9, 2024.
While acquisitions are not part of the company’s current business strategy, this unique opportunity was a natural fit with 12 Oaks’ commitment to helping seniors thrive in community. 12 Oaks leadership team remains steadfast in its mission to deliver high-touch management and to uphold core values of character, competency, stewardship, and servanthood.
