Senior Living Operator Acquires and Retains Management of a Premier Community in Overland Park Offering Independent and Assisted Living
OVERLAND PARK, KS – June 4, 2026 – 12 Oaks Senior Living announces its acquisition and continued management of The Atriums in Overland Park, a 202-unit independent and assisted living community in Overland Park, Kansas. The company remains committed to strengthening operations, enhancing the resident experience, and restoring occupancy and vitality under its continued leadership and now, ownership.
12 Oaks partnered with Silver Creek Capital to acquire the 202-unit community. Bloomfield Capital also provided acquisition funding. This is the second joint venture between Silver Creek Capital and 12 Oaks Senior Living.

The Atriums offers a distinctive high-rise approach to independent and assisted living, featuring spacious residences, a dining venue, an indoor pool, and a landscaped community garden. 12 Oaks will implement a comprehensive repositioning plan, including updates to floor plans and amenities, enhancements to staffing, training, and care services, improvements to dining, and expanded resident-centered programming.
Through these initiatives, 12 Oaks aims to position The Atriums as the premier senior living destination in the Overland Park area.
