Reﬂecting on her time at 12 Oaks, Erika Robledo, Human Resource Manager, said, “There is no other industry I would rather work in than senior living. I was 16 when I started. This is my life. This is my heart.” Erika started at a 12 Oaks community as a server and took career advancement opportunities as they came along. Having grown up in senior living, Erika knew from a young age it required 12 Oaks’ core values to be successful and create a community where seniors could thrive. Erika’s bilingual aptitude and her role as a mother have only added to her long list of invaluable contributions she has made to 12 Oaks during her tenure.
