Reflecting on 2024: A Year of Progress
12 Oaks Senior Living made significant strides in 2024, setting a strong foundation for the year ahead. Our intentional approach to portfolio adjustments, including the sale of select properties, allowed them to prioritize quality and operational efficiency. This strategy paid off with a remarkable 14 point increase in portfolio-wide occupancy and three times as many communities exceeding the 90% mark year over year. This is in tandem with multiple 12 Oaks communities achieving 100% occupancy Staffing stability also improved significantly, with 94-95% full employment. This success underscores our dedication to attracting and retaining skilled caregivers, creating a stable and supportive environment for both residents and staff. Measuring results against operating budgets, as a portfolio, we more than doubled our expected NOI production and operating margin, in the year.

System integration and development will further enhance day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless workflows and effective resource management.
