The 217-unit community has a full continuum of living options from cottages, independent living suites, assisted living, and memory care. This addition to the management portfolio represents another significant step in 12 Oaks’ strategic growth plan and curation of its portfolio.
The Lodge at Pine Creek is the most newly delivered senior housing community in Baytown, Texas, an area in the Houston MSA, that has experienced significant growth. It is a beautiful community situated on a large campus with abundant common areas, including an indoor pool, exercise and activity rooms, courtyards, a large pond and walking trail, and multiple bistros.
12 Oaks’ goal will be to implement their high-touch model with a focus on relational selling techniques to lease up the community to stabilization. Updates to the community will include minor refreshes, activation of the common areas located throughout the community, an enhanced care program, elevated dining, and to add programming, including fitness and wellness activities, all with a view to providing best in class resident services.
