Regional Operator Grows Corporate Team to Enhance Senior Living Services

These new team members bring a wealth of experience and leadership to the company and reflect 12 Oaks’ commitment to planned strategic growth and expansion.

Paul Wang, an accomplished senior living financial specialist, has joined 12 Oaks as Vice President of Asset Management. Wang has extensive experience in asset management, financial analysis, and corporate development. Prior to joining 12 Oaks, Wang was a Senior Financial Analyst at Newmark, where he focused on healthcare and alternative real estate assets. His extensive background in senior living operations, at Eclipse and Silverstone, coupled with his remarkable leadership skills, will contribute significantly to the continued success of 12 Oaks in delivering outstanding services to community owners.
Lydia Robertson, joins 12 Oaks as a Regional Vice President. Robertson is a seasoned senior living executive with more than 20 years of experience in the industry. Prior to joining 12 Oaks, Robertson was Regional Vice President at Holiday Retirement. She has a proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic plans, managing operational teams, and driving growth and profitability with a servant’s heart.
Chase Thomas has also joined 12 Oaks as Regional Vice President, bringing an abundance of operational experience. Previously a Regional Director of Operations at Enlivant Senior Living, Thomas oversaw financial policy and procedure development for 12 assisted living communities in East Texas and Louisiana. With his extensive experience in operations and financial management, Thomas will be a valuable asset to 12 Oaks Senior Living as they continue to grow and expand their portfolio of senior living communities.
To further support the expansion and growth of operational capabilities, 12 Oaks has added six additional exceptional professionals to its team. Teresa Perez will assume the role of Accounting Specialist, and Elisha Kelby joins as the Clinical Staff Development Director.
Emily Hebert accepted a promotion to the role of Accounting Specialist due to exceptional performance at 12 Oaks’ Woodcreek Bend community. PA Drammeh joins 12 Oaks as a Staff Accountant. Debie Weaver reunites with 12 Oaks and will assume the role of Solutions Consultant. Stacey Bagley is joining the team as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. Each of these individuals brings unique skills and experience to the team and will play a critical role in supporting 12 Oaks’ mission of helping seniors thrive in community.
