12 Oaks Senior Living recently expanded its relationship with one of its current ownership groups to manage three additional Assisted Living and Memory Care communities: The Residence at Gramercy in Lincoln, Nebraska; The Residence at Whitcomb House in Milford, Massachusetts; and The Residence at Oshkosh, Oshkosh Wisconsin. 12 Oaks Senior Living intends to expand and enhance the service offerings at these communities. These communities augment another senior living property in Texas that 12 Oaks currently manages for the same ownership group.
